We
offer a BONUS C.D. that has a complete, comprehensive introduction to Inversion
Therapy and Swing Science. The C.D. plays on most computers, but not on Mac's.
Material :
The
Swings are made from the most expensive, highest quality nylon (parachute)
fabric. It is the same as that used by airborne sky divers. The material is
comfortable enough against the skin and it breathes well, so you will never
have that sweaty feeling. The nylon fabric won’t mildew, is washer friendly and
will last for 5 to 10 years with normal use. There are examples of this
material still in daily use 6 to 8 years after purchase. The Yoga Swing also
converts to a full size hammock for those camping trips (hammock length 2.8 metres). Portable AND versatile……
Handles :
Made from
durable black sponge foam, similar to bicycle handle bar foam. Gives a non-slip grip.
Adjusters: A nice feature, these slide up or down and can be cinched
around the feet to keep them locked around them during movement.

Adjustable
height :
The
system is simple and quick to adjust from one level to another. The handles can
be used in conjunction with the Swing. Alternatively, the Swing can be used by
itself, or the Swing can be removed and the handles can also be used by
themselves. The 6mm (1/2") nylon rope is 120cm (43") long {2
included} has four levels of adjustment and can be personally custom fine tuned
by moving the knots up or down.
